Control of scheduled maintenance works

One of the important problems for representatives of the management or management company / representatives of the association is the control of planned maintenance works carried out by their own employees or subcontractors. The solution is to create a unique QR code for the building in the system, which is placed in the technical rooms and near the building.

When the staff comes to do the work, they have to scan this code from the beginning. When you get to the WEB window, you have to mark the work to be done, according to the “Work planning” list in the system. This will give an opportunity to control whether the staff comes to the facility, and the residents will also have the opportunity to control whether the work is being done.

Unique QR code

In order to ensure easy communication between the residents of the House and the representative of the management or management company / the representative of the association about daily maintenance issues (burned out light bulb, dirty stairwells, etc.), when registering the building in the HouseM system, the building is automatically assigned a unique QR code, which can be placed on the residents of the house even after that. in a freely accessible place.

By tuning the QR code with a smart device, a WEB window with an application form would automatically open for the person, in which the person could write a short message, in text or audio format, about the incident, add a photo fixation, and by sending the message, it would automatically reach the person responsible for the relevant building specified in the system, who would then pass it on for the performance of tasks for personnel or the merchant.

The information would then also be displayed further on in the home repair work calendar, where the applicant, if he has access rights to the system, could already follow the execution.
Following this, every resident is given the opportunity to report daily problems in the building in a simple format and follow up on performance and quality.
